Clinical Research Professional Courses
The Georgia Clinical & Translational Science Alliance and Southern California Clinical and Translational Science Institute have collaborated to provide free, high-quality certificate programs for clinical research professionals at novice to expert levels of experience. The Translational Workforce Development Catalog provides continuing education (CE) / contact hours from an approved accreditor. At the completion of each course participants earn a certificate and on completion of a program, made up of multiple courses, a badge. CE / contact hours can be used to meet renewal requirements for certifications, annual reviews, and advancement.
Courses include Recruiting for Clinical Trials, Study Design for Clinical Trials, Innovations in Regenerative Medicine Products, Role of Genomics in Medical Product Development, a Clinical Research Coordinator Core Domain learning series, and more.

Developed by the Georgia Clinical & Translational Science Alliance, eMPACT (Empowering Purposeful Advancement of Careers and Training in the Research Workforce) is a career navigation tool for the clinical translational research workforce. It helps users align training and job opportunities with their career goals.
